Please read these Terms of Use carefully before purchasing, accessing or using any of my Programs, Products and Services.
Terms of Use:
By using any of Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness Courses, Programs, Products and Services you are agreeing to the Terms of Use as they appear and are legally bound by them, whether or not you have read them. If at any time you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please do not use our Courses, Programs, Products and Services.
By purchasing or using any of Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness Courses, Programs, Products and Services you agree to abide by these Terms of Use as well as our Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions that may apply and are you are required to act in accordance with them. Accessing, purchasing or using our Course, Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials, in any manner constitutes use of the Course, Program, Products, Services and Program Materials, and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use.
18 Years of Age:
All of our Course, Program, Products, and Services Program Materials are intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any registration by, use of or access to any Course, Program, Product, Service or Program Materials by anyone under age 18 is unauthorized, unlicensed and in violation of these Terms of Use. By accessing or using our Programs, Products, or Services or our Program Materials, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Cancellation or Rescheduling (if part of your package)
If you need to cancel or reschedule a Session for any reason, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Please use the Acuity system to cancel and reschedule another available time. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without the opportunity to reschedule.
Cancellation of Memberships
The cancellation policy for our membership(s) is 3 calendar months’ notice. Please email [email protected] to share that you would like to cancel and we will reply with the confirmed date when your membership will end. You will have full access in the three months until the confirmed date of cancellation.
Refund Policy
No refunds are available and all payments are due immediately. By purchasing the payment option you give the right to Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness to automatically charge the card you provided. And, if you decide to quit the course before all payments are made Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness has the right to charge the remaining payments in full to the card you provided.
Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness wants you to be happy with your Course and Programs, however, it is your responsibility to bring up any concerns immediately. Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness will do their absolute best to run these in a way that works best for you and accommodate you with any needs within the scope of the Terms and Conditions. However, if you do not address your concerns, Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness is not responsible for any claims.
If for some reason you are not satisfied you may stop the course at any time. Because we will have invested considerable time and effort in this course, if you decide to withdraw for any reason, you will remain fully responsible for all payments and the full cost of the Program. To clarify, no refund will be provided for any reason.
Late/Failed Fee Charge:
Offer under $500- $25.00 per week
Offer $500-$3000- $75.00 per week
Offer +3000 - $100 per week
Will be charged if payment doesn't go through within 7 days of when it’s due.
If Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness terminates the Agreement, any outstanding payments for services that already have been provided to date will be due immediately. Any payments already made that have not yet been held will be immediately refunded pro-rated.
Consulting/BodyTalk/NLP/Hypnosis/Sound/Breathwork Practice Disclosure:
You fully understand that Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness is not a medical doctor and you are not visiting her for medical diagnostic or treatment procedures. The services provided by Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness are at all times restricted to consultation on the subject of relaxation matters intended for general well-being and do not involve the diagnosing, prognosticating, treatment, or prescribing of remedies for the treatment of any disease, or any licensed or controlled act which may constitute the practice of medicine in this province.
Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness is happy and honoured to offer you mindfulness practices to support your goals and success and create overall well-being in your life.
You acknowledge that your medical and fitness levels are sufficiently strong and healthy enough to participate in the program. Should you have any concerns or doubts about your health or ability to practice and follow along with the program safely, I insist you act prudently and do not participate. Should you have physical or mental conditions or any doubts whatsoever about participating in the program due to physical or mental concerns, I urge you to consult a doctor or counsellor for a medical opinion of whether you should be practicing the practices given in the program or not.
Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness urges you to seek medical advice via a doctor or physician if you have any changes in your health status.
Acknowledgement of the Risk:
You acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your well-being and all decisions made before, during and after your Courses, Programs, Products and Services. Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness has used care in preparing the information provided to you, but all of the information, programs and services are made available to you for your own personal use and for informational and educational purposes only. You accept full responsibility for your choices, actions and results, and expressly assume the risks of the Program for your use, or non-use, of the information provided to you. You also understand that you are expressly assuming all of the risks of the Course, whether or not such risks were created or exacerbated by the Course.
You acknowledge there are inherent risks and dangers in participating in the services, including, but not limited to (i) strong emotions and uncomfortable feelings; (ii) surfacing of memories or past events that may have been previously out of memory; and (iii) previous coping mechanisms may no longer work.
You voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks and dangers of your participation in the Courses, Programs, and Services, including all risks of injury, physical or financial loss and even death that may result from participation.
All practices suggested in any of the programs are at your own risk.
Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness in no way represents that she has any knowledge or expertise in evaluating the health of program participants, especially for programs that take place online.
Voluntary Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks and dangers of your participation in the Services, including all risks of injury, physical or financial loss and even death that may result from participating in the Services, even if the risks are created by the carelessness, negligence or gross negligence of any of the Released Parties or any other third-party. You further understand that you are aware of your own capabilities and limitations and are solely responsible for your own actions and inactions and have the autonomy to decide whether you should or should not, continue to participate in the Services.
Representation and Warranty
You represent and warrant that you are aware of the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the Services and that to the best of your knowledge, you are physically and medically able to participate in the Services. You acknowledge and agree that Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness reserves the right to refuse your participation in any or all of the Services if they believe your participation would put themselves, or any other participants at risk, in their sole discretion.
Release, Waiver, and Indemnity
You hereby release, indemnify and save harmless Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness from any and all responsibility, liability, claims, actions, suits, costs, loss, expenses and damages arising directly or indirectly from your participation in the Services to the fullest extent permitted, including financial damages or personal injuries however caused, including negligence. You further indemnify all parties from any costs, damages or expenses, including legal fees, they may incur as a result of defending any claim made by you or on your behalf. These Terms and Conditions shall be effective and binding upon your heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, successors, assigns and representatives as applicable. This clause survives indefinitely.
Confidentiality
All information exchanged during the Program will be kept strictly confidential. Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness will not disclose confidential information that you share during the Program to anyone else without reason to know such information, unless required by law, ethics, or upon written authorization by you.
Intellectual Property Rights
Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness retains all ownership rights to the materials provided during your participation in the Program. The copyrighted and original materials you are provided are for your individual use only and with a single-user license. You are not authorized to share, copy, distribute, or otherwise disseminate any materials received from me electronically or otherwise without my prior written consent. All intellectual property, including the copyrighted Course materials, shall remain the sole property of Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness, and no license to sell or distribute my materials is granted or implied. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial or personal purposes, any portion of the Course, including any of the Course materials.
Disclaimer:
Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness, explicitly states that while serving in the role of a course creator, I am not, nor am I holding myself out to be a therapist, counsellor, certified coach or any other kind of position in any way at any time before, during or after your Program. Nothing contained in a Program(s) is intended to be a substitute for other health tools and services you may need.
Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness can not guarantee any specific results.
Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness can only share with you her personal practice around healing her past, practices she has used to change her energetic beliefs and states of being. These programs have worked for her and countless others. There is no guarantee you will receive results.
Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness is not providing physical or psychological advice or counselling in any way. You should always seek the advice of your doctor and licensed healthcare provider for your personal health situation.
By purchasing any course/program you agree that you are also consenting to the full Disclaimer which may be found on my website.
Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Release of Claims
Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness may not be held responsible in any way for the information that you request or receive through this Course. By purchasing a course/program, you fully and completely hold harmless, indemnify and release Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness and any employees, shareholders, directors, staff, consultants, agents, or anyone affiliated with us from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, that you ever had, now have or will have in the future against me or us, arising from your participation in or in any way related to the Course/Program, even if we were aware in advance of the possibility of any such claim.
Non-Disparagement
In the unfortunate event of a dispute between Purchaser and Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness, Purchaser agrees not to engage in any conduct or communications, public or private, designed to disparage the Course/Program, Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness. Where requested by law or arbitration, of course, Purchaser is not prohibited from sharing their thoughts and opinions as a part of the legal process. By purchasing this course/program you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, we are both acknowledging that we have read, understand, agree to and accept all of the terms. Your course will not begin until payment has been made.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between Purchaser and Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness, all communication will be through email. However, should a dispute ever arise between us, as the Purchaser you must submit your complaint to us with full details about your dissatisfaction with your Program via e-mail to me at [email protected]. The Purchaser understands that the only remedy that can be awarded to you through arbitration is a full refund of your Payment made to date. No award of consequential or of any other type of damages may be granted.
Media Release
By participating in Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness Courses, Programs, Products and Services, and using our Program Materials, including our Facebook community, you consent to photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings that may be made that may contain you, your voice and/or your likeness. In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to use these photographs, videos, and or/audio recordings and/or any other materials submitted by you to Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness in connection with your participation in our Course/Program, Product or Services in our current or future Programs, Products or Services, and/or our marketing or promotional efforts, without compensation to you at any time, now or at any time in the future.
Online Payment and Online Commerce
If paying by PayPal, debit card, or credit card, you give us permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card as payment for your Program, Product or Service without any additional authorization, for which you will receive an electronic receipt. Should you be provided with a Paypal invoice instead, you are required to manually pay it by the date due on the invoice or your Course, Program, Product or Service will be put on hold until payment is made.
In the event that payment is not received by the date due, you will have a three (3) day grace period to make the payment otherwise the Course, Program, Product or Services will not continue and we reserve the right to cease your access immediately and permanently.
If you fail to make payment in a timely manner in accordance with these Terms of Use or voluntarily decide to withdraw from our Course, Programs, Products or Services at any time or for any reason whatsoever, you still will remain fully responsible for the full cost of the Course, Programs, Products and/or Services.
All information obtained during your purchase or transaction for Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness Courses, Programs, Products and Services and all of the information that you give as part of the transaction, such as your name, address, method of payment, credit card number, and billing information, may be collected by both us and our payment processing company.
You agree to only purchase goods or services for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally permitted to do so or for whom you have obtained the express consent to provide their name, address, method of payment, credit card number, and billing information. You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf. You agree to use our Programs, Products, Services, and Program Materials for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only and not for speculative, false, fraudulent, or illegal purposes.
You agree that you are financially willing and able to invest in this Program by choice, and by so doing, you are not in any way incurring any economic hardship.
Since we have a clear and explicit Refund Policy in these Terms of Use that you have agreed to prior to completing the purchase of any of our Programs, Products, or Services, we do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback threat or actual chargeback from your credit card company. In the event that a chargeback is placed on a purchase or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account which could have a negative impact on your credit report score. The information reported will include your name, email address, order date, order amount, and billing address. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make the payment for the amount of the chargeback.
If you make a purchase from one of our affiliates, or any other individual or company through a link provided on or through our Programs, Products or Services (“Merchant”), all information obtained during your purchase or transaction and all of the information that you give as part of the transaction, such as your credit card number and contact information, may be collected by the merchant and their payment processing company as well. Your participation, correspondence or business dealings with any affiliate, individual or company on or through our Programs, Products or Services, and all purchase terms, conditions, representations or warranties associated with payment, refunds, and/or delivery related to your purchase, are solely between you and the Merchant. You agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, refunds, or other matters of any sort incurred as the result of such dealings with a Merchant. Payment processing companies and Merchants may have privacy and data collection practices that are different from ours. We have no responsibility or liability for these independent policies of the payment processing companies and Merchants. In addition, when you make certain purchases through our Programs, Products or Services, you may be subject to the additional terms and conditions of a payment processing company, Merchant or us that specifically apply to your purchase. You release us, our affiliates, our payment processing company, and Merchants from any damages that you incur, and agree not to assert any claims against us or them, arising from your purchase through or use of our Website or its Content.
Viewing by Others
Note that whenever you make your Confidential Information or Other Information available for viewing by others such as through our Course, Programs, Products, Services, or Program Materials, our Website or social media, the Confidential Information or Other Information that you share also can be seen, collected and used others, and therefore, we cannot be responsible for any unauthorized use by others of such Confidential Information or Other Information that you voluntarily share online or in any other manner.
This is a course/program and there will be multiple people on the LIVE trainings and during the Q&A. Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness is not responsible for anything you share. She will keep the space safe and use her discretion if someone is misusing, abusing, or causing harm. These LIVE trainings will be recorded and possibly be used in the future. Rosalie Juravle/At One Wellness is not responsible for what other course members do with the information shared by the purchaser in the course, program, products, or service.

Other Important Terms:
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and any prior understanding or representation of any kind shall not be binding upon any Party, except to the extent incorporated in this Agreement.
Modification of Agreement: Any modification of this Agreement or additional obligation assumed by any Party in connection with this Agreement shall be binding only if evidenced in writing and signed by each Party.
Assignment: Neither this Agreement nor any other rights or obligations under this Agreement shall be assigned or otherwise transferred.
No Waiver: The failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of the right to later enforce and compel strict compliance with every part of this Agreement.
Effect of Partial Invalidity: The invalidity of any portion of this Agreement will not and shall not be deemed to affect the validity of any other provision. In the event any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, the Parties agree that the remaining provisions shall be deemed to be in full force and effect as if they had been executed by both Parties subsequent to the expungement of the invalid provision.
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of SASKATCHEWAN and the federal laws of Canada where applicable. Any disputes arising directly or indirectly from this Agreement will be submitted and heard exclusively in the courts of REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN.
You will be enrolled in the course upon receipt of payment.
